Which items qualify for returns?
Because items are handmade, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
How do I report a problem?
Email hello@tolovenagi.com within seven days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos.
How are approved refunds processed?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned item is inspected.
Are preorders refundable?
Custom, preorder, event preorder, and change-of-mind purchases are generally non-refundable.
